E-TICKET INFORMATION To make your booking process easier we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding booking through JustExcite.com. HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK? Simply select your event and quantity of tickets via the booking form and enter all of the required information. Once you are happy with your order you can then click the ‘Buy Now’ button. From here you will be directed to Paypal, which is our chosen payments method. You can now login to your Paypal account to complete the payment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a Paypal account, as you are able to pay by entering your Name and email address and card details through Paypal to complete the payment. Once your payment is complete you will then receive your e-ticket(s) to your registered email address. You will need to print out your e-ticket(s) and take it/them with you to Magaluf. Once you have arrived in Magaluf, simply present your e-ticket to one of the agents at the ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ shop, Just Excite’s ticket partner, and they will then complete your order and hand over your official tickets. WHO ARE TRAVEL BUDDY? Travel Buddy our Magaluf based ticket office, who process and manage all of our ticket orders directly from Magaluf. They are ATOL protectedand have been based in Magaluf now for over 9 years. You will find them located just around the corner from BCM. They have a huge sign saying TRAVEL BUDDY so you can’t miss it. Opening hours are 9am-11pm. For more information on the location of our ticket shop ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ . WHAT IS A DEPOSIT E-TICKET? By paying a small deposit you are securing your place on your chosen event. The remaining balance is to be paid when you arrive in Magaluf. Once you have selected your event and date, and gone through the whole process of booking, you simply print of your e-ticket(s). All information in relation to payment of the remaining balance for your event will be contained in the e-ticket(s). OK I HAVE BOOKED, NOW WHAT? Once you have completed your order and paid via Paypal, you will then be sent a confirmation e-ticket.This will have an outline of your order and what to do next.Your e-ticket is your confirmation of your reservation for your chosen event so you will need to print this off for when you arrive in Magaluf.Once you have arrived in Magaluf you will need to pay any remaining balance and pick up your official event tickets from the ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ shop, Just Excite’s ticket partner.In order to collect your official tickets you will need to present to ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ your e-ticket along with your passport as proof of ID. Once of the ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ Agents will then complete your order and issue you with your official tickets. They will also provide you with any further information / instructions you need for your chosen event. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT SYSTEM DO YOU USE? To protect ourselves and our customers our payments are handled through Paypal, one of the worlds most safest and secure way to pay online. Don’t worry, you don’t need a PayPal account to make a payment, you can simply enter your card details in without the need to register. Once you have selected your chosen event you can complete your order via Paypal. I HAVE LANDED IN MAGALUF, I HAVE MY E-TICKET(S), NOW WHAT? So you’ve landed in Magaluf safely and you have your e-tickets to hand. In order to collect your official tickets and to pay the remaining money for your ticket, you will need to make your way to ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ shop, Just Excite’s ticket partner. You will find them located just around the corner from BCM, they have a huge sign saying ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ so you can’t miss it. Opening hours are 9am-11pm.For more information on the location of our partner ticket shop. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING DATES? Changing Booking Dates We need a minimum of 72 hours notice to change event dates for you. To do this please email Emily via firstname.lastname@example.org Cancellation of your Event You can cancel your event but it must be within 72 hours of the event start timeIf you cancel within 72 hours, you will receive a 100% refund minus any booking fees, which have occurred. Failure to cancel your event in time will result in no refund being available.If you have any problems or issues with the above refund policy then please contact our Just Excite ticket agent at email@example.com. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS THROUGH BOOKING WITH Just Excite? Just Excite only work closely with the most reputable venues and events in Magaluf. Our Magaluf resort ticket sales are managed by Just Excite’s ticket partner ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ – Magaluf’s ATOL protected Excursion agents who have been based in Magaluf now for over 7 years. They are available throughout the summer from 9am – 11am every day. WHAT IF I MISSED MY EVENT? If you missed your event for whatever reason, depending on the event, we will try our best to get you onto the next available event but no promises can be made. In the account of losing your ticket please contact our Just Excite ticket agent Carl at WHAT IF I LOOSE MY E-TICKET(S) If for some reason you do lose your e-ticket then please contact our Just Excite ticket agent Emily, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, if you are in Magaluf then you can visit our partner ticket shop ‘TRAVEL BUDDY’ who will be able to issue you tickets in person providing you have your proof of ID (passport).
